How long does it take for the order to arrive?: Within 3 to 14 days depending on the carrier
Every sale starts at 9am and finishes at 10pm, currently lasting just 3-4 days. We aim to have all orders in the post within 7 business days from the end of the sale. The average shipment to anywhere in Australia takes 2-3 business days from the day that we post it. Therefore it can take up to 14 days from the DAY THE SALE ENDS for the product to reach you. Please let us know if you do not receive your item within two weeks of the sale ending and we will track the item in the postal system. We do everything in our power to decrease the time from order to delivery.
No exchange, credit notes or refunds issued without proof of purchase. Jewellery presented for return MUST be in original condition & within 5 business days of purchase. However the item must be in original condition and not be worn or used with the original tags attached and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. DISCOUNTED ITEMS are not entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit notes.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds, credit notes & exchanges will not be given when Jewellery has been treated in careless. Jewellery returned due to fault is subject to Quality Control. This process may take up to 3 months.
Any Items purchased by Bijoux Box store credit (with whole or part thereof ) will only be refunded the amount paid for on the credit card. No refunds apply for store credit purchases.
** Please also note that there will be no refund/ exchanges on any sale/discounted items.
You must fulfill the following criteria to receive the credit card refund or risk not having your return accepted:
- All items must be returned in new and unused condition. Items cannot be worn, washed, soiled or tampered with in any way
- Email us within 7 days of receiving the item requesting a refund
- Items must be returned with their original tags, in their original cases/box/bag.
